Note: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers or the venue.

Cancellation and substitution: If you cancel more than 10 working days before the conference, you will receive a refund less a service charge of £40. We regret no refund can be made for cancellation received after 10 working days prior to conference. Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge as long as notified within 5 working days of the event. All cancellations and substitutions must be confirmed in writing or by e-mail.
